CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Emergencies will be taken into consideration if you properly communicate with me. Other Policies: • No work will be done on top of foreign work (Nails done by someone other than me). Soak offs are offered at your convenience and are required for clients who previously had work done elsewhere. • There is a 15-minute grace period. after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee is 25% of your service price. Communication is key, emergencies will be taken into consideration. Please try your best to communicate via text or Instagram DM. • If you do not show up for your appointment and do not reach out, you will be charged a 25% No Show fee. Two or more No-Show occurrences will result in you being banned from booking. Communication is key, emergencies will be taken into consideration. Please try your best to communicate via text or Instagram DM. • Payment can be made in Cash, Debit/Credit Card, and Apple Pay at the time of your appointment. No payment is needed to book your appointment. Card information is required at the time of booking in case of cancelations or no shows. NO CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo payments will be accepted. • No Refunds will be given. Clients are given 72 hours (3 Days) after the service is completed to point out any concerns. EX: Missing stones/charms, chipping, broken nail,etc. After 72 hours any changes or repairs will be charged accordingly. • No eating allowed during appointments • 1 guest is allowed at the time of your appointment • Children are allowed as guests, but parents must ensure their Childs behavior is appropriate. Parents will be held liable for any damage caused to suite or equipment. • For the safety and well-being of both my clients and myself, I reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with nail conditions that are deemed unsafe or potentially damaging to the nails, my products or my services. This includes but is not limited to cases of active infection, fungal growth, or severe damage, (such as cracked or severely weaken nails) my priority is to provide quality services that are healthy for all involved.
